Yes. TRULEO is built exclusively for law enforcement and operates entirely within CJIS-compliant AWS GovCloud infrastructure. Unlike ChatGPT or other general models, TRULEO does not send raw agency data to external providers. Any external AI integrations (Anthropic, OpenAI) operate with U.S. data residency and zero-data retention agreements.

Yes. We offer a free 30-day trial. Officers can extend by another 30 days for inviting two colleagues. Departments may request a 60-day pilot by contacting sales@truleo.co.

We do not sell, share, or train models on agency data. All AI use is CJIS-compliant, with strict controls and zero-data retention agreements with external providers. Agencies retain full control of their data.

No. Videos remain in your EMS. TRULEO streams data securely for analysis and review.

All models are hosted in TRULEO’s GovCloud. External models used (Anthropic & OpenAI) process only derived data (like transcripts or summaries), with zero-data retention and U.S. residency.

TRULEO does not copy body cam or RMS data, minimizing FOIA burden. Derived data is retained minimally and often classified in ways that avoid FOIA retention obligations.

All AI-generated answers in TRULEO are sourced with citations. Users can verify information by checking the original source.

TRULEO’s transcription model is purpose-built for BWC and trained on thousands of hours of audio. It achieves human-level accuracy. Agencies can edit transcripts, with all edits logged in an audit trail.

In accordance with FBI CJIS, everything is deleted except for access logs.

Yes, we guarantee 99% uptime with service credits for any outage or underperformance.

No. Our platform integrates with existing BWC systems and CAD/RMS software. Our team provides training and setup support to ensure a smooth rollout.

TRULEO is brand-agnostic and works with all major BWC providers. TRULEO can connect to your BWC system via an API connection, directly to file and metadata storage, or via agentic AI in both cloud and on-premise environments.

For non-BWC data sources, TRULEO uses on-premise agentic AI to connect - no sensitive data leaves your premises. Agents can be configured with tiered permissions that mirror RMS/LERMS settings, ensuring users only access what they’re authorized to see.

Both. Our web application in deployed in a CJIS-compliant AWS GovCloud environment with all data encrypted in transit and at rest. TRULEO deploys AI agents on-premise to access sensitive on-premise data and report summarized results back to a user connected to our web application. All on-prem to cloud communication is outbound only via 443 TLS/SSL (FIPS-140-3). No VPN is required unless specifically requested.

TRULEO's core web application runs in AWS GovCloud. If on-premise connectivity is enabled to access sensitive on-premise data, we deploy an on-premise AI agent that ensures sensitive data stays within the PD.

No. Your data remains in your BWC, CAD, or RMS system. Data is streamed from cloud sources to analyze rather than copied. Data is processed locally by an on-premise agent for sensitive on-premise data.

After EMS integration, data appears within 12 hours. Typically, footage is available within a few hours after docking the camera.
